This week we have a color challenge.
The colors are definitely Christmas colors, but I chose to not make a Christmas card for this challenge.
I used my second favorite image from PMS, Moody for Coffee. I used mostly the two shades of green. Then added in some red and a touch of silver with a gel pen and some silver adhesive pearls.
I hope you will have some time in between all of your Christmas celebrations to play along with our challenge. The only requirements are that you use a Digital Stamp and the colors shown above. You can get all of the challenge details here. Also, don't forget about the closeout sale of rubber stamps over at Paper Makeup Stamps. Word is that Katie is marking everything down to 60% off.
My name is Melissa and I love playing with rubber, paper, and ink. I am always "buggin' 2 stamp". Hence the title of my blog.

PMS Digi Makeover Challenge #15
Today we are doing my favorite technique...
I have had some challenges in the past with this technique using Digital Images. But I found a new way to do Paper Piecing with Digital Images, using Digital Paper. I used Serif's FREE Page Plus program to layer the Small Snowman from the Snow Happy Digital set over some Merry & Bright Digital Pattern Paper I bought from Jessica Sprague's website. When I open the paper I shrink it down to just fit under the areas I want the pattern to cover. I layer the snowman on top so when it prints, it looks like I stamped it. Pretty neat! I used pink patterns for the hat and scarf and I used a pale blue pattern for the snowman's body. I love the patterned body. I also printed a bunch more in different patterns to play around with in the next few days. I then printed the snowman in the same size on white card stock to layer everything onto so I can die cut it and put it on my card. Then I printed the same pattern I used for the hat and scarf in a slightly bigger size to use as a layer on my card. It all co-ordinates nicely and I can adjust the pattern size to fit my project.
Now pull out your favorite digital stamps and if you have some digital paper you can pull that out too. Make a project using a digital stamp and do some paper piecing. You can get the challenge details here.

PMS Digi Makeover Challenge 14
This week our challenge is to cut out our digital stamps to use on our projects.
I made a little package to hold a small gift or gift card. I used a Starbucks Via instant coffee package as my template.
The digital stamp is Pete the Penguin. He is just cute! I colored him and his mug and scarf to match my paper from My Minds Eye. I added some glitter to his belly.
Now print out some digis of our own and get cutting to join us for the challenge this week. You can get all the challenge details over at the Paper Makeup Digi Makeover Challenge Blog.
