I finally had a chance to create something for this amazing cause. Below is the card I am sending to the address listed on her blog. It will be in the mail tomorrow. I used the apple filled basket from Carolyn's set Whimsical Autumn. The DP is from a fall paper pack from Target Dollar Spot.
